1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using our iOS VPN application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. NO-LOG POLICY

STRICT NO-LOG GUARANTEE

We maintain a strict NO-LOG policy. We do not collect, store, or monitor any of your online activities, including but not limited to:

  • •Browsing history or websites visited
  • •DNS queries or IP addresses
  • •Connection timestamps or session duration
  • •Bandwidth usage or traffic data
  • •Any personally identifiable information

3. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Our VPN service provides secure, encrypted internet connections for iOS devices. The Service allows you to:

  • •Protect your internet connection with military-grade encryption
  • •Access geo-restricted content and websites
  • •Browse the internet anonymously and securely
  • •Protect your data on public Wi-Fi networks

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

  • •For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • •To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • •To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • •To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate

5. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING

The Service is available through various subscription plans. All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms of Service.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall UMOST Network Technology, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
